Waiting for Besdo
It’s always disappointing to find a piece cut in half by shadow. And when it’s by someone you dig, even more so. I had no idea how long it would take, but seeing as I had some fruit, water, a book and music with me I wasn’t too fussed. I kicked back and enjoyed the show.

Besdo Garsia & Brujo – 16 Jan 2011
It was exactly a year ago today when I caught up with Besdo Garsia in his spot. I saw a photo of the finished piece online a few days ago and it reminded me that I was there but still hadn’t done anything with the photos! So here they are. I got there a bit late and the light was fading fast. Before I had a chance to get a decent daytime shot Besdo had already painted over it, just a week later.
